November is madness

Well it is November and the ideas and events are CRAZY. Never knew that this month would bring many events. I have been super exhausted to get things right. Deadlines are coming and. Still haven't done much things. I am going to try to get things right... We will see. Moving things aren't easy but they have to get finished. I will hopefully get there.

Website Recognition: The Broken Heels Diaries

Besides just being a fan of the entertainment business and the industry affiliating with entertainers and news people. I tend to be picky with who I check out or give recognition to.

I love to say that if I could give recognition for all there hard work is The Broken Heel Diaries founded by Daniella has come a long way and has progress every time I check in. I tend to read the articles posted there and with the digital age changing from buying magazines or reading gossip, I find that The Broken Heel Diaries has everything that can interest everyone's taste from music, fashion, beauty tips, special events, make up products, brands & bloggers, entrepreneurs, women of recognition - just to name a few of many things they have on here.

I have to say it isn't easy to be on top of things in terms of content because it does take a lot of time and effort to get it right. I say the team behind The Broken Heel Diaries got it right. I love this site because compared to famous magazine sites they are very diversified on things you want to know or want to learn what you want to know. It is very important to not make stories up but to get your knowledge right.

This site has it right and continues to get it right. I hope the greatest success to Daniella and the team with The Broken Heel Diaries.

Visit it because I do and it's worth it: http://www.thebrokenheeldiaries.com/

Limitlessness/Fantasy - The poem of my deep thoughts

Limitlessness/Fantasy

I'm feeling more of a natural
High my body needs to more
Than what you can give me
the yearning deep within me is indicating
That I feel I can go
All day and night
My urges of this encounter
Has pushed me to a level
Of needs I never knew
that were built inside of me
I like where we go
But my body says wants more
And says that's all you can give
Me to fantasize on my own
Where these deep thoughts can go
Because I feel like I have to hide where these
Body urges can go
I play practical and hide how deep I can go.

The feeling isn't enough
How deep thse hands want to go
I stop when you say go
Because I don't know if you're ready to
Share how deep you
Can constantly go.

So I have to pause
Because I know you need to break
While my limitless
Body ask for more
Because I know if I were to pull that off
I don't think you can handle that all so I lye down here
While these thoughts in my head
To hope that one day
To take these limits of my body
To the next level
And to take the chance to pass out
And not able to move
Cause I know then may be
That's where you succeeded
That you have me
To a non-stop fun of
Pleasure play time and to share

To take it into next levels where there would be no breaks
To take the limitnesses
Of these urges
In my body to go away or stay because to handle
It would be a new adventure of unexpectness
That I hope to achieve constantly
One of these days or many of these days
For satisfaction of me to be complete
The way I hope it could be but for now
These thoughts stay within the crevisis of my mind.

Series on life: Fans (Behind The Scenes)

After a decade of being a fan for awhile in the music and entertainment business I have learned quite a number of things here in the Canadian scene.
What's that you may ask?
Well a number of things, it includes your popularity in the States if you get lucky will get you places ie move out of Canada and then come back home, post your stuff online and you may get some kind of recognition from it to be posted WORLDWIDE!, Joining Twitter is a must because celebrities do post stuff and read your post (but don't beg them to follow you because Believe me i've tried and it depends all up to them if they want to follow you or not), Join their fan bases because 90% they sometimes will know the artist through the sites that promote them. But whatever you do don't get too stalkerish or their security may just handle you out, be kind and help out your follow fans out if you get a advantage because we are all try to meet the same celebrity.
I mean I used to be real nervous and real scared to meet my favorite celebs and personalities, but not as much now. I have met quite a bit and talked to a few now i sometimes don't know what to say anymore to them. I question myself and ask myself say "Hello" Sir or Miss, may I get a autograph from you I am super excited to meet you because I am a super fan.

I am in definition as a fan who was nervous on meeting popular people to having a partial confidence to try to get a autograph or pics from them.

I am now using my experience when I see other fans get over excited to meet to their favorite stars and if I get the advantage to give it to them because I see the joy, excitement and tears in their eyes. I never had someone helped me out, so I feel real happy and overjoyed to help fellow fans out when their parents don't know what to do.

I think what scares some fans is that we get categorized as crazy people because of our habit of some of us staying at their hotels just to see them. I mean we all don't do that, some of us need to pay our bills and as much as we would like to do that, there is a lot of time constraints and payments we average class got to deal with.

After being a long time fan of entertainers, I have struggled to get my payments right and have to skip out on some of my favorite events, sacrifices I have to make to go to them. It has been hard, but the ones I do go to are real satisfying to attend to when I can. I feel when I don't go I miss out, in the events I don't attend I feel real good, but due to my sickness the last few days I haven't been much of a fan.

It has been super hard in the last few months to be part of the scene. I want so much to be seen to go to places for recognition and hopefully be noticed by the art you love but cannot be more than recognition to be paid for it. I have struggled for years and still until this day tend to struggle. I am behind the scenes to work super hard with no kind of education for promotions and special events degree. I am mostly learning it through my street smart ideas and thoughts. I try my hardest though and it doesn't get unnoticed. The recognition that I built myself around is AMAZING. I do love what I do and now that I think I have reached a point, I really need a little bit of money to get by because I ain't getting any younger by the moment. I struggle with my concept in trying to get through with these chances I have taken to get through with what I have faced. It's never easy being a fan of the industry just being on some kind of being a familiar person but with no pay.

It's been years to make my path in the industry because I have been trying to make something out of it and I don't quite fit into any category of the bloggers world because I represent a lot of categories, or trying to learn to get into. Most people affiliate me with the music industry or the poetry/lyricism world, but I have learned now to go beyond into the sci-fi world. I try to read a lot of other things. I know I haven't been posting very often as much as I can. I hope to do more so that people can read more about what I am.

As a fan in the industry for a long time I have learned that most fan bases are family and not just fan bases. Most people think that fans are just people that know each other randomly but to tell you the truth, someone knows someone personally or gets connected like a family member. If one person praises you it is like you become a society of family or relatives by the connection you make from one person to another. It becomes a small world and community. Every fan base is very intertwined with each other and it isn't real small or very stalkerish like most people think, but a big society of many people affiliated with many walks of life, just like family members you know each other.

Response to: Katt's Meow Blog

In Response to:
http://plafulkatt.com/everyday-super-hero-originally-titled-ctv-shame-on-you/ blog

I have to say to http://plafulkatt.com/ Thanks for that video that came with it: http://plafulkatt.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Thank-you-Jane.mp4

I am sorry that your SLR was messed up that day. I am still crying tears of joy (and I don't cry very often). I am very touched by what you have put together here. This has been the most detailed blog that you have put together. The last one has to be in college, but this takes the icing on the cake.

I hope to meet up with you soon. I am so greatful to make your upset and frustating con into a really great comicon to attend. I hope to send in my volunteer services to Fan Expo next year (planning for 2013). If not Kato may make her return as cosplay character next year.

I hope to be around. I will be in the Toronto region for the www.lightthenight.ca walk. I am working till roughly 3:30pm and if you can't make it, we can meet up this weekend as well, if your schedule is free. Just tweet me.

I appreciate everything you put together and I am greatful to meet someone as detailed as you. I am very greatful to make your day from a real bad con to a enjoyable one.

Keep in touch and hopefully you will hear more about me in the future.

I have your blog on my top of my list to check out.

Struggles of life Series: The unknown bloggers

So being new to blogging in the last few years and a poetry writer and i know it is real hard for someone who just writes about music and the entertainment side of things. I never talk about anything else. I am offically going to share what life struggles to get through of being a new blogger is like. Wondering is this freelance based path is worth it all. We are just mostly retail people, trying to chase a dream to make it something out of nothing. Maybe some of us are unemployed looking for jobs. Or maybe we are just searching for that big break. Possibly be paid for it, is difficult if you don't get a degree with that.

I don't speak for all the bloggers around the world but the ones i have met. Most of my experiences are trying to make it like myself.

After being one of the youngest poetry unpaid writers for exposure in different stations in The States and Canada, i decided to take a long break from the scene of poetry writing, to come back and represent fan bases in 2002.

After that i took a brief break but returned to represent musicians and now most notably Keshia Chante.

As a up and comer blogger with some new people i dealt with i have learned most of us have saved money, only to go broke again just to cover events or locations that interest us, trying to struggle to get back on our feet.

I have wondered along how long and hard do we try to get somewhere. Well the answer to that is just keep writing something interesting for people to see.

Hopefully there is some answers i can figure out to fight it out to see what it can take it to the next LEVEL.

It is very difficult to being a unknown blogger but knows fan supporter and poetry writer; to admit the truth it has been a bumpy road for all types of bloggers.

We have our highs and lows. Our success does at times comes with our stubborness at times or our drive to do too many things, but I have to say we try hard to find our paths of where we want to go with our blogs.

The skies the limit!!!!!

Fan Expo 2011: 2 day attendance - The Q&A session attendance + more

FAN EXPO BLOG 2012

Day 1
I arrive there about 2pm after training it in the morning from doing errands from Don Mills station going directly to the Union Station so I can walk out to the Metro Convention Centre. After my arrival there I go directly and walk briefly around and decided to go to the Space booth to see host wise who was there. I see Cynthia Loyst (former host of Sex Matters on CP24) and we talked for a bit before getting a picture two times. It was really good to see her again and give her a hug. I enjoyed talking with her. After leaving that, I go directly to the room where they were hosting the Q & A for Flashpoint, I thought I wasn't going to get in. I just managed to get in since the crowd was moving all over the place in room 716 and with people not being able to get in everyone was pretty upset that couldn't get in. It made a lot of people upset, but what made it worse was those who didn't have stamps from the Q&A you couldn't get a general autographs from Spike, Sam and Leah Kerns if you didn't have wrist bands from there. Line up was a little messy though but not as bad Criminal Minds autographs session, which I will talk later in this blog. I didn't go to many Q&A's because they were overlapping and other events were too, so I stayed for the Flashpoint Q&A's. Being part of the Q&A session from Flashpoint was very informative and they gave a little taste of what the opening scene and I have to say it was very intense episode from the clip they showed. I am very excited to see the rest when it airs. After that I took the time to look around after the autograph session and the Question and Answer period to look around at Fan Expo as myself to check out the general scene but it was just too crowded to try to see everything. I totally skipped the artists ally with many comic artists around because I took the time to see what was going on the big giantic booths in the main areas of Fan Expo. Just to maneuver was a little too hard and getting lost in the crowd with many costumed people and famous booths around with crowded lines, it was pure insanity. I had to make sure though I got to see much of it although I know I didn't get to see it all. I kind of got lost in every direction and following the crowd.

I didn't take it all in and kind of didn't really prepare myself like I did last year to run and take photos and check out all the booths.

I just wanted to see the massive line ups and crowds from top to bottom, thinking where the heck am I going to go now?

So many costumes and cosplayers there I think they out did the normal looking people than I remember last year. I wish I could possibly take all the pictures in the world for that but I was spending the hours trying to just visualizing how long the line ups for the overlapping of other Q&As that day plus buying photo ops and autographs were way out of my budget but I did kind of had to spend on one which was Gillian Anderson for the Saturday shot. I couldn't resist to get a photo op with one of my heroic and favorite character Agent Skully from The X-Files: I couldn't resist spending money on not trying to even get a photo op with her for Saturday. I had to even on a strict budget couldn't pass up a opportunity I would regret if I didn't. Totally worth it!

All in all though Fan Expo on Day 2 and my first day there was totally worth it to see what was going on. I wish though the Q&As and autograph sessions need to stop overlapping because I hate missing certain ones because the rooms get too full and the line ups are just too CRAZY! I have to sacrifice every year though missing a lot of the Q&As I would like to go to all but each one is a hour and always the next ones start in 10 minute intervals... it seems to get madder every year. Booths everywhere, over crowding and crowd maddness with communication uncertainty, holy macro. Although I will return for 2013 to see how it turns out again. Hopefully I could be a volunteer there! Cause I have what it takes to help out with the madness!

Day 2
Early morning arrival to Fan Expo by driving down there. Arrival time around the early time 10:45am/11:00am. Gets ready to show up as my normal self. But changes when I get in the building officially after joining a line up in the Metro Convention Centre with a steady line of people in a buidling, thinking to myself "holy macro" what the heck? A line up, I had a better experience last year that I didn't have to go through this massive crowd, just go in, got your ticket, got your wrist band; walk up the stairs/escalator and that was it. Done.  But lucky the line up was moving and stopping, and moving again. Although my second year back, I was thinking oh wow, I though what will next year be like???? *thinking far ahead*

Anyways as the day progressed the line up wasn't that bad, but it was just madness than the previous day. As soon as I walked through the sky walk part of the Metro Convention Centre, it was just CHAOTIC, more people than the previous day. I was glad I made more time of it though to come in as my normal self and then change after that to Kato (aka the sidekick of The Green Hornet). I don't think alot of people got who I was. It was real interesting with complex faces trying to get it, but once they figured it out, mostly guys just wanted pics of me. Hahahaha, that was a interesting day. I will make sure to come back as Kato since no one didn't seem to get it at first. And since no one got it right, I may have to return as Kato once again. I find it real funny that my legs got the most attention, hopefully I may return and help out as a volunteer and if not back as Kato. I am real glad to help out regular people and help out real good people at the expo because of the chaos there and less of crowd control. We will see what happens 2013.
